In the year 1973, a small proprietary firm named Jaspal Industrial Corporation was started by an Ex- Airman from Indian Air Force Mr. Jaspal Singh Oberoi, now Chief Executive. In year 1974, we were appointed Authorized Dealers by Leaders in Mechanical Power Transmission products Fenner (India) Limited to market their V Belts & Fan Belts in Jalandhar area. Fenner products clicked so well that by virtue of hard work and dedication of people we were known as "Power Transmission and Instrument People". After our success in V-Belts line in the year 1984, we in association with our principals Fenner (India) Limited opened Exclusive Fenner Retail Centre as our Branch office M/S Jaspal Engineering Company at Ludhiana to market complete range of Fenner Engineering Products in Punjab, Himachal, Jammu & Kashmir and covering all parts of India.
